The Farm is now ideal for prenuptial shoot, for daddy’s-turn-to-do-the-cooking, for getaways. Imagine a super busy mall with lots of people from all walks, and imagine what it is not, then you get the ambience of Rafael’s Farm. It is available for event venue for a hundred guests or a garden reception to accommodate more. The last time I inquired, they were not accepting wedding reception, but I saw recently some photos of a wedding ceremony right near the manmade lagoon.
It’s a farm, yes, but well-landscaped you could wish this were your boarding house. Future plan would be the construction of a hotel with a bukid ambience. Literally.
For passersby, the Farm offers fresh garden salad, baby back ribs (so soft and juicy – a first in Tacloban?), fresh calamansi juice – my top picked food. Full meal available upon order.
Since I am a fan of the owner’s determination to succeed, I am blogging the place out of my appreciation. For inquiries, reservation and orders, you may call them at (053) 3418389 or (053) 3250729. They are open from 10AM to 8PM.
